Kingscote Park is a grade 11 listed Regency private home that can accommodate up to 16 guests in eight stylish bedrooms – 6 doubles and 2 twins. 3 bathrooms are shared by house guest. All of the main rooms are spacious and enjoy magnificent views over the parkland.
This is a lovely room at the top of the Regency stone stairwell. The room looks over the front of the house over the lawn into the eastern woodland. It has a topical light and airy feel . Look out of the window and see our magnificent beach tree.
This contemporary room is a favorite of the house. The light pours in from double aspect windows. You can look over the healing spiral and beyond, where the view goes on for miles.
The large room with it’s black, white and silver decor is fresh, clean and relaxing. You can also enjoy original Eskimo paintings by famous Inuit artist. As you leave the room, you will see the stunning regency window with the swaying bamboo beyond.
This was Geoffrey's relaxing meditation room. And has a simple meditative feel. Minimalist with its double brass bed. Enjoy the small writing desk, with its selection of meditative books.
There is a richness throughout with added touches of gold from lamps, bedspread and picture frames. The three tranquil, soft blue water colors above the bed were painted in the Greek Islands
A little more traditional than the other rooms, with its warm pink toile fabric with a French provincial flavor .This spacious room feels warm and friendly.
This Victorian addition is a grand room with bay window overlooking the parkland, its king-size double poster bed and collection of Russian Academism paintings. Relax in the settee and soft lounge chairs.
This cozy room tucked away in the original part of the house, overlooking the kitchen garden with is flowing water is your own private haven. It has its own stairway that is connected to the two attic rooms.
The two farm house attic rooms on the 2nd floor with exposed oak beams in the ceiling are a escape from everyday life. There are twin brass beds in each room.
We have 3 additional en suit attic zen inspired meditative rooms as well as the lodge house - a self contained suit.
