We offer meditation to quiet the mind, release latent energies, and broaden horizons.
Meditation is necessary in order to bridge the gap between the inner and outer world, physical consciousness and the inner world of the subconscious.
We use deep meditation practice as a means to attuning self to the higher vibration in creative forces. Learning to become outwardly still and quiet, while awakening inwardly to the creative forces that emerge moment by moment.
